Ilan Salutsky opened his agency in Haifa in 1994 and works the same way now: whoever understands your decision is the same person who stays with you through to the signature.
A property transaction scatters its own information. The price sits with the broker. Rights and paperwork sit with a lawyer. Physical condition sits with an inspector, value with an appraiser, tax and financing with the people who handle those. Somewhere in the middle of that, you have to make one decision.
